For the Saraca and 3Bs units owners, perhaps can consider do some "shopping" in the newly opened Super Ceramic Tiles and Design showroom recently.. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Your floor plan should be indicated in the second schedule of your SPA, do you check it?

I think that floor plan already sufficient for a rough quotation for the renovation. If need precise quotation, the contractor might need to go to your house to do site measurement.

This is one of the very unique features that is very useful for family, especially with baby. Not many superlink houses with such feature.. You can do the conversion to suit your needs in future, very interesting layout design..

Not seen a "dead pool/lake" in EM or EH so far..

Just worry is mud overflow from some other place. Need to make sure that is not happening then should be sufficient.

EKVE not yet completed, so I don't think anyone know the time. We only can do some rough estimation..

My rough guess would be:

From SEH to EKVE Sungai Long interchange ~ 10 minutes, seldom will have jam..

From Sungai Long interchange to Ampang interchange ~ 20km ~ 15 minutes..

Hence, about 25 minutes should reach Ampang waterfront..

From Ampang waterfront to KL city center, may need Ampang people to elaborate..

As discussed before, most likely will be launched as 10:90 scheme. Hence, can start the construction work even before launching.
