Bro, the Ecohill Walk site not say needs to dig underground car park huh? The service apartment just next to it, so fast start the construction work won't affect the digging process?

Second highest number of transaction recorded within Semenyih area in Brickz (Nov 15 - Oct 16). Subsale seems like moving.. Median price is RM 537k.. brows.gif

Indeed, because yet to be built. EKVE, Ecohill walk mall as well as the 360 Clubhouse, all are upcoming boosting factors for Setia Ecohill units.

Yesterday went to P1 and have look, it seems like more than 50% of the units (easily 250 - 300 houses) already occupied. Good progress for a new township just VP 1 year..

Smudger gor, my source told me Grandlis is 90% sold while Floris is 60-70% sold.

The one yet to launch should be Gloris, don't think they already started the construction leh.

800k DSL, quite a number of choices available within this area, will take some time to make the sales I presume. More sales are achieved on the Escada cluster unit, Setia Ecohill 2.

It will be very surprise if the construction of Gloris is already on-going although it has yet to be launched. SP Setia is going to bear all the construction cost without any sales is secured yet? Not good for the cash flow ler. hmm.gif

SP Setia is as generous as last year. Not much restriction on how many copy is given per person. I request 5, all given. thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

By the way, Zen Garden (Japanese feature) SemiD in Precinct 2 shall be launched soon, now open for registration. Hearsay starting from 1.1 - 1.2 mil onwards. brows.gif

My source told me is proper SemiD, not cluster, land size is 38 x 80... Buildup not so big though, hearsay 2900 - 3000 sqf..

Yeah, kind of same. But if they already have gone into BTS concept, means during the launching already almost a completed product. Purchaser no need to wait and can move in within a short period of time.

If they are launching Gloris when Grandlis and Floris still have leftover unit, it is a direct internal competition.

Perhaps there are not much units for Gloris, that's why SPS dare to do so.

This is the EIA report for EcoMajestic. for air quality. I believe SEH should have done the same as well before the project execution.

If many neighbours also smell the same thing, should report to authority nia.
