SP Setia is as generous as last year. Not much restriction on how many copy is given per person. I request 5, all given.

By the way, Zen Garden (Japanese feature) SemiD in Precinct 2 shall be launched soon, now open for registration. Hearsay starting from 1.1 - 1.2 mil onwards.

My source told me is proper SemiD, not cluster, land size is 38 x 80... Buildup not so big though, hearsay 2900 - 3000 sqf..

Yeah, kind of same. But if they already have gone into BTS concept, means during the launching already almost a completed product. Purchaser no need to wait and can move in within a short period of time.

If they are launching Gloris when Grandlis and Floris still have leftover unit, it is a direct internal competition.

Perhaps there are not much units for Gloris, that's why SPS dare to do so.
