SP Setia claimed back the No 1 spot in edge award recently, after more than 2 years Tan Sri left the company, consider a quite achievement for SP Setia.

Still remember how people putting doubt on SP Setia about the staff exodus, throw in various flaming speculation and how it has been discussed so intensively in the Lyn thread...

SP Setia already have so many on-going projects, if able to manage it well and achieve good sales, already jiak beh liao...

Ecoworld new company with very limited project in hand, that's why need to be aggressive in land purchase and keep expanding in the starting stage.

As I said, if SP Setia able to manage the existing project well (with so many on-going project) and achieve good sales, already jiak beh liao loh..

So far SEH first phase 1000 houses delivered on time.
