Yeah, I heard if possible they dun want to put FnB inside the mall.. Any leasing term on the shop lot in the Mall being revealed?

Some additional info on the Site Plan...

Seems like Block G 07 is nearest to all the landscape, located at the most central position (believe should be entrance to the mall), and "bungalow" type feel..

No wonder it is called Jewel of Ecohill Walk..

Cannot compare pricing only since different features..

Ecohill Walk has walk able verandah in each floor while Taipan dun have.

That's mean, Ecohill walk is with 3 shops in 3 different floors, while Ecohill Taipan is 1 shops in 3 different floors (2nd and 3rd floor hardly can have any retail).

On top of that, Ecohill Walk shops are nearer to the mall and future service apartment (just downstair), not to mention the landscape in Ecohill Walk is total win against Ecohill Taipan.

Most importantly, Ecohill Taipan already launched for about 1.5 years ago, while Ecohill Walk only going to be launched next month.

Success depend on how "ong" the mall..

If you notice AEON Bandar Mahkota Cheras, the shoplots outside AEON much more ong than the shoplots inside the AEON.

My source told me D'Camellia about 60% take up currently woh... First phase buyers normally more investors lah..
