Bro, today is the last day of the month, so I am not sure who amongst us have gotten the UNIFI installed lor.

The recent Budget 2017 also touch about doubling the speed of internet with same price RM149, so will this affect the users to adopt "wait and see" before committing to the current UNIFI pricing which is more pricier?

Any idea about occupancy rate at P1, P2 and P3? Is is a ghost town as commented by others ?

Like what Rusty says, the upgraded speed is meant for existing subscribers at the moment (e.g. existing subscribers who are paying RM149 for 5 Mbps will have the speed double up to 10 Mbps).

The cheapest UNIFI package at the moment is RM199 for 30Mbps, and there is no alternative to this option. So the question is, if we were to subscribe to the RM199 for 30Mbps, will we get a better deal at a later stage? I think this is something TM did not mention. Haha

PETALING JAYA (Oct 31): S P Setia Bhd is back as the Malaysia's top property developer having clinched the No 1 spot of The Edge Malaysia Top Property Developers’ Awards (TPDA) 2016.

This marks the ninth time that S P Setia has clinched the top spot since The Edge Malaysia Property Excellence Awards was introduced in 2003. Last year, S P Setia was in 4th place.

“It is good to be No 1 again and we are absolutely delighted and also honoured as we are chosen by our peers in the industry. I would like to thank my team as this is a result of teamwork and perseverance, so it’s everyone’s effort.

“Going through this lower period, I think now [that] we’re back to No 1 again, the next thing we would like to do is to start growing and expanding again as we were consolidating in [the] last three years,” said its president and CEO Datuk Khor Chap Jen.

IJM Land Bhd remained in second place this year. The rest of the top 10 are Sunway Bhd (No 3), Sime Darby Property Bhd (No 4), Mah Sing Group Bhd (No 5), Eco World Development Group Bhd (No 6), Gamuda Bhd-Property Division (No 8), IGB Corp Bhd (No 9) and UEM Sunrise Bhd (No 10).

This year is also the first time that Eco World Development Group (EcoWorld) made it onto the list. Last year, EcoWorld’s president and CEO Datuk Chang Khim Wah took home The Edge Malaysia Outstanding Property CEO Award.

The Edge Malaysia Top Property Developers Awards’ sub award the Best in Quantitative Attributes went to UOA Development Bhd while the Best in Qualitative Attributes was won by Sunway Bhd.

KUALA LUMPUR: Toll concessionaires have the right to increase the toll rates at four major highways around the country next year, said Works Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof. He said this was based on the current agreement between the government and the 12 toll concessionaires in the country.

He said the highways involved were Johor Baru Eastern Dispersal Link Expressway (EDL), the Kajang-Seremban Highway (Lekas), the Senai–Desaru Expressway (SDE), and the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE).
