Land reserved for schools, mosque, police station and fire fighting departments in Seksyen 1 & 7 BMC and two plot of lands for schools in Seksyen 3 &8 BMC.

Still remain as vacant land after so many years sweat.gif

In order to encourage more people to join as committee member and as a appreciation of their contribution, actually should give these committee members exemption of fees in my opinion.

ya but make sure all committee do their work. Some committee after elected they not so active already
End up only chairman and treasurer do only

Then the Chairman & treasurer should fire them as this involve residents's hard earned money. In Palm Walk, all committee besides free security fee also rewarded with few hundred ringgit per month for their hard work, F&G with 93%-95% residents pay the security fee. Even so still difficult to find people willing to join.

Btw notice from mpkj website there is a school reserve land opposite Seksyen 5, it look like the present Vantage 5 project sit on this land, can you confirm it is same location.

Why palmwalk don't want appoint management to take k everything ? I think palmwalk may have enough fund that ?

If 100% pay, your maintenance fee received should be RM33,920, why need 5 guards per shifts are there multiple entry/exit points?

With 5 guards the security fee +GST about RM31K+ compare to RM18.6K for 3 guards per shift.

Even with 70% residents pay your collection is around RM23.7K as such you should either reduce the number of guards per shift or reduce the security fee per hour without compromise on safety.

Please note that only local or former Nepanese soldiers are valid security guard if Pakistani sure illegal.
