Normally developer will obtained approval after CCC
Have u guys seen the approved documents included submitted guarded layout plan ? I think the submitted plan wil not showing perimeter fence .
Maybe developer only show entry /exit point and the location of mobile type guard post .

It is really depend whether the developer is responsible or not, if responsible they will submit layout plan with guard house & perimeter fencing as file attached if not they just push it to RA.

We have not seen this layout plan. Currently our guard house is situated at the road shoulder and without awning. Really not convenient and not functionable especially rainy day.
We requested the developer to relocate to the centre. They claimed it is not allowed but they will help us to submission for MPKJ's approval.

I have called up to the developer office to understand the status of the guard house at TI2. According to the person in charged, the consent has been approved by MPKJ and application done by developer side. However, there is a requirement to have annual renewal. This has to be apply by RA.

TI2 by taming Dev right .? See what happen to taming Indah semi d.. G&G become non . Developer itself call mpkj to dismantle the guard house - boom gate

Last night was The Pro Tem went to door to door and explained to the residents about our community status. Touched on RA and fee collections. Most of the residents supported verbally. However when we requested them to join us to be a volunteer, many turned us down because they are busy or not free.

We are so discouraged. Frankly, we only have a handful of people to perform the tasks. What will happen if we do have sufficient to run the RA?

However, we only have 3 or 4 members who are really contributed.
Really tiring.
