This link only help reduce traffic at Jln Sg long when entering Sg long /bmc . I guess Going out not much car use it .

But always see very less car exit to silk . Many cars go balakong and Cheras kajang

About less than 1 % cars exit to silk and use the new link to silk . Can't help the outgoing jam

7:05am I go out tru persiaran Mahkota 2
Now this road have two lane already . The queueing shorter and easy to go out to Jalan Sg long

Very limited car user will use the new link
Unless
1) they are working in kajang /semyih
2) staying closed to the new access .
3) don't mind to pay toll
4) no breakfast at bmc

Today 6:40am
Third times green light only able to exit to Jln Sg long
From persiaran Mahkota 2.

After exit to Jln Sg long then I choosed exit to silk .
Saw the traffic quite bad look like building up from petronas / rakan traffic light

Today traffic also not that bad.
I left 7am reached MV 8am

Jus pass by the vantage in bmc
And saw the 2nd phase project Papan tanda shown its mix with terrace houses
and town house
And the 40" wide superlink is minority type 。

Anybody staying in good view residence ? How's the traffic at at peak hours ? Is it jam at school there ?

Many units empty in good view.
Look like already over supply
Waiting to burst.

Ya even semi d is 95% sold but 85% vacant.

What they built in bmc the location is leasehold
