To me as long as all residents follow the rules . It's good for the community .
Many strata high rises apartment the residents refuse to pay the maintenance and break the rules .. |

The sunville project there suppose have link to saujana but the link is half baked only . In between there is private land between sunville and saujana area
The link Look like difficult to continues .. How about GVH - kjg Perdana link progress ...? |

Since developer want launch another phase it's gd time for residents to nego with developer to enhance the perimeter security like add on balb wire , laser beam and increase the fencing height then RA can reduce the guards then monthly can have extra fund .

Normally developer will obtained approval after CCC
Have u guys seen the approved documents included submitted guarded layout plan ? I think the submitted plan wil not showing perimeter fence . Maybe developer only show entry /exit point and the location of mobile type guard post . |
