From bandar Sg long after toll .. Is it mean the car from semenyih have to make u turn at twin Palm then pay rm1.80 then turn to ekve ..?

To me as long as all residents follow the rules . It's good for the community .
Many strata high rises apartment the residents refuse to pay the maintenance and break the rules ..

The sunville project there suppose have link to saujana but the link is half baked only . In between there is private land between sunville and saujana area
The link Look like difficult to continues ..

Since developer want launch another phase it's gd time for residents to nego with developer to enhance the perimeter security like add on balb wire , laser beam and increase the fencing height then RA can reduce the guards then monthly can have extra fund .
Normally the residential with semi d and Banglo
6 feet Fencing and guards may not enough to stop crimes .
Esp the outer perimeter is forest .

Normally developer will obtained approval after CCC
Have u guys seen the approved documents included submitted guarded layout plan ? I think the submitted plan wil not showing perimeter fence .
Maybe developer only show entry /exit point and the location of mobile type guard post .
