Rm1.2mil the semi d there ?
I Went to this place two month ago
This place is quite peaceful for stay
I got the feed back from one of my neighbour
They got one house in seri Sg long too
He said this place is Good for living and quite safer too
Recently they increased numbers of guards so the maintenance also increased to rm100 per month .

SL 4 is link house ?
Semi d got extra land .
U go have a look first . As I know many of the semi d in seri Sg long not a gd choice . I don't like the topography where the semi d been placed . Eg the side or behind of the building is facing higher retaining wall .
If u have no budget issue .
Maybe can try bkt Sg long 1 ? Or TP ?

Admiral and ascara possible can get in 1.2mill
These two places in low density .
I had visited ascara recently the house condition abit old
Like every corner have to redo

Ya . I had visited good view Sg long , taming mutiara , ascara , seri Sg long , TP , Tropicana height kjg and Eco hill .
Recently saw i property in Bmc mutiara height got one corner asking 1.25 mil . very big land
And The front car porch space very long can fit 4-5 car
But got pro and con too. Heard the maintenance about rm500 due to low density .
In range 1.2-1.4mil other is suria and Tropicana cheras in tmn Rakan and laville cheras at cheras selatan

U can straight go to the house unit in GVR
Inside got SHL sales person there
Just tell the security guard u want to go developer show unit office or u can go SHL office at Sg long golf club
They will assist you ..

U reserved rm65k for mot and lawyers snp fee enough .
If 1.3mil , rm55k enough
