"This portion of the river is the first section that they (contractor) tried to shift closer to the houses, in order to build the highway.

"We were informed by the contractor today that the incident happened because their sub-contractor DID NOT FOLLOW PROCEDURES which had been agreed upon," he said.

We can only hope EKVE learned the lesson and won't repeat it in Sg Long




51 kindergarten kids were vacated from the Q-Dees kindergarten after the center owners discovered some 30cm wide cracks in their playground in Bukit Antarabangsa, Ampang yesterday.

The cracks were believed to be caused by the earthwork, part of the East Klang Valley Expressway (EKVE) river realignment project to widen Jalan Ukay Perdana from two lanes to three, that is being done to separate the building from Sungai Sering.

I just wonder why only the piece of land is leasehold?

I think the end lot does feel like corner except that your back of the house do not have any extra land. price after discount should be less than 1.4m? MOT included if not mistaken? House design is really nice but the price is a bit high.

What is the land size and build up. 1.5M look over priced to me.

end lot land size is 35x75. Built up is 3,600sq ft - 3 storey.

another end lot with same details is RM1.4M. the RM1.5M is due to better unit coz front, side, back no blocking.

even with all the features, i still feel over-priced especially leasehold for superlink.

Sg Long Goodview sub-sale hovering at rm1.2M Semi D but is 2 storey with tiny land (5 feet if not mistaken)

it was a malay reserve land. Developer seems able to change the title, too bad only to leasehold instead of freehold.

their Semi D units are all Freehold but start from RM1.9M

1.5M Twin Palms Semi D with proper G&G and clubhouse also can get la.
