folks, any in-sight on Vista Cheras in BMC? Superlink end lot is RM1.5m

worth? any thoughts?

end lot land size is 35x75. Built up is 3,600sq ft - 3 storey.

another end lot with same details is RM1.4M. the RM1.5M is due to better unit coz front, side, back no blocking.

even with all the features, i still feel over-priced especially leasehold for superlink.

Sg Long Goodview sub-sale hovering at rm1.2M Semi D but is 2 storey with tiny land (5 feet if not mistaken)

it was a malay reserve land. Developer seems able to change the title, too bad only to leasehold instead of freehold.

their Semi D units are all Freehold but start from RM1.9M

thks for the info. Will check out Makmur & Bkt Permai. but still hv Developer unit to choose?

reason for me to choose Goodview is there are still left over units from Developer with easy scheme.
if sub sale, i need to fork out quite a lot in deposit & all legal fees, MOT & etc.

Goodview & Hao Residence has a good living environment inside.

i think, there is no perfect world. school issue probably in the morning. just hv to live with it.
alternatively, can use the further route in Palmwalk, Tanming 2 exit to avoid school area.

afternoon or evening, not really an issue coz i might not be back home during the period.

1.25 (developer) vs 1.17 (subsale)

yes. i called SHL.

They told me still hv many units left on Semi-D 2 storey. 2 1/2 storey Semi D, Superlink has few units left.
Hao Residence still have unit left from Developer.

Told me to view all units available and they can workout something good if really interested.

Sounds like a good opportunity to get one now.

i need to visit the place to understand more. can't comment much about gate-less community. good & bad. more important is the neighbourhood quality. if you get qualities neighbour, is fine.

but i read somewhere that, some commented Hao Residence is rented out to students. This is my concern.
didnt know students now is so luxury & lucky.

will evaluate the low fence thingy in Goodview.
