The road widening work and Sg Long - BMC also almost done. Better traffic days ahead.

I went out at 7am this morning via the old Sg Long road. No difference in terms of traffic going out of Sg Long.

More and more cars using the Bkt Sg Long access road now, causing a bit of queue at SL4 junction there.

It is over supply now. If u r in UTAR, u can see long list of units for rent. Students get to choose nearer and better ones now. Those panic tenants last year will be moving to nearer n better place.

Lucky got Bkt Sg Long access road now. Can escape the jam.
