No la, you still have deposit with them. Just little bit of penalty which the amount is negligible. smile.gif

Tried that but doesn't work as well

eServices is using userid while MyTNB is using email to login. You need to use the email that you registered at eServices to login to MyTNB

Maybe you had forgotten the registered email? Or else you have to call TNB to verify

I'm a eServices user. So when i try to login (not an email userid) to MyTNB portal, i get the error saying username is invalid. Anyone has such issue?

I've re-registered and now i can login but i cant register my account using the 14 digit account number and get the error: There is an error in processing your request. Any idea why?

You logon using the same email and password used when you register older TNB eServices portal.

Same like me but I'm a tenant, tried to add under "manage accounts". Cannot work.
So I will hope that it will be updated in this link, one day: https://eapplication.tnb.com.my/public/checkbill.aspx

Most likely too much commitments. If your total CC limit is high compared to annual salary no CC will be approved for you.

Also have you checked your CCRIS?
