Check using https://eapplication.tnb.com.my/public/checkbill.aspx after few days, I think this link still works.

May I know how you manage to make the payment in payonline.com.my, I did try to use the TNB new account number, but it shown not valid???

I believe all of used the old account no., it still can be used for two months.
I used old account no. and got confirmation from UOBPayOnline that it is approved.

Probably the system is not ready for new account no.

JomPay will not be under utilities for HLB Wise. It is just normal online payment which will not be benefited under HLB Wise.

Well, don't be too happy over the myTNB because it should be using the same gateway as myTNB app which doesn't entitle for any cash back under HLB Wise...

UOBpayonline still the best, can do multiple payment to 1 account 1 shot which I believe the MyTNB can't do that

I normally turn my phone line to airplane mode and turn back after 10 sec like this when SMS didn't received. After that you will received 3 SMS straight away...

I'm a eServices user. So when i try to login (not an email userid) to MyTNB portal, i get the error saying username is invalid. Anyone has such issue?

I've re-registered and now i can login but i cant register my account using the 14 digit account number and get the error: There is an error in processing your request. Any idea why?

eServices is using userid while MyTNB is using email to login. You need to use the email that you registered at eServices to login to MyTNB
