Unfortunately, I'm a tenant and I had difficulty of linking my owner's account no. on the old portal.
Now on the new portal, I'm still having issue. Sigh.
All this while I only check from https://eapplication.tnb.com.my/public/checkbill.aspx
Looks like I have no better option and hoping this site will not be closed down... sad.gif

Would like to check, did you guy encounter late received for SMS (6 digits) ??
- SMS 1, 3, 5, 7 - very fast, smooth
- SMS 2, 4, 6 - very very slow until re-send 3 mad.gif

same with me....
first payment got 3x transaction...two smooth, third stuck...refresh page dont want to wait anymore
then 3rd transaction to redo again...waiting email see how it goes...

2nd payment and 3rd payment went through smoothly...multiple transactions on each payment...
all payment for tnb only..

so lousy the new mytnb. it is super slow and when i tried to login it is giving me this error.

The underlying provider failed on Open.

Just paid via UOB Payonline. No issues.

Was using myTNB app earlier in the month due to Payonline not able to process TNB payments (schedule maintenance)

I have no issues with myTNB app payment (earlier in the month)...paid 2 accounts...so far no issues.

Even when it was OK, the email will take some time. Sometimes fast and sometimes slow.
Not consistent. Just wait for a while lo.

I paid at around 10.30 a.m., still waiting but I know shouldn't have any issue.
