if not your only choice to redeem by calling CS but the rate would be different than redeem in card center

Let me try to call and ask. Do you know what is the rate difference? Or is there a way for me to submit some application form online to the card center and ask them to post the vouchers to me?

U can print out the redemption form, fill out ur details and just go to any branch. They will help u fax the form. I did this way everytime.

Only that the conversion rate is standard 400pts=RM1

Used on Village Grocer & McD ! Just tap & Pay on terminal that have Visa Paywave enabled!

Nope. For credit cards, banks will change and send to you automatically. However, it will be done in batches. So you have to wait till it's your turn.

Mine already shown "Pending for Activation" in M2U since more than a month ago. Called Maybank, I will be in Sept/Oct batch. Long way to go...

you can also change ur debit card at branch.. but of course online more convenience and you have to wait for delivery.. for those who need it urgent advise to do at your home branch

i saw at treat redemption catalog, it stated as 46k points for RM100 voucher (jusco/aeon).
but if we go at card center, it will only cost 40k points for the same voucher. is this correct?

Yes, it's RM 1= 400 points.
