I believe the extra points needed were for postage. You can go to The Gardens, 1U as well. I have redeemed before at the Gardens and KLCC.

Supposedly, if according to their TnC. But for July CB i got on aug 1.. wanna try and see for august spending if can get on sept 1 but then oni remember hotel check in on weekend but check out on weekdays missed the CB.

Nope can confirm not my dining CB. I got only one payment done on weekend and the CB reflected is exactly 5% of that payment. Too bad cant attach screenshot as i dont link emails to my ipad.

Just wat to share the info about Dining CB, the customer service told me whereby if the CB is less than RM1, the system will not process and auto credit into the current statement but have to call them to manually adjust and credit back to your next month statement.

i have some question regarding the installment plan.
lets say i swipe my card under installment plan (RM1000) at AEON for 6 months.
If i wish to settle it earlier like on the 2nd month is it possible?
what steps needs to carry out?

yep, happened to me last year. eligible dining cb <RM1, but didnt get it. same reason given by cs.

i challenged them in which T&C stated such info. cs said will escalate internally to their product team. 1 week later, gotten cb adjustment.

Yes you can and FOC. You can email them the details. They will either call you or ask you confirm to proceed in subsequent email.

But lately their CS is pretty bad at responding to emails. Requested to clear BT in mid July only last week reflected after numerous follow up emails. So expect some delay in processing time.
