I am not sure if you notice or not. Lately, they just solve the case and that's it...no apology from MBB side for their mistake. Mine is for non-compliance of CB too for a clear cut situation.
Imagine how much CB they can save when some customers do not realize and/or did not do anything.
Forget apologies.
Even UOB made a big mess out of simple things also no apology.
MBB got some nice staffs still la, quite polite and apologetic when I explain to them the error.
I now go thru my statements with a fine tooth comb.
Any mistake, just call and make a fuss.
If not, we are getting undercut for what we are paying for
