Yes, I agreed. I am one of them. Before signing up with Maxis, I do considered on Celcom. But Maxis still having better and stable coverage compare with Celcom. I am doing business, and I need quality line.

They wont do that. What is the benefit for maxis for doing so? Business wise, it is absurd to make such an arrangement as that package is no longer available for new subscribers. What they need to do now is to lure new subscribers and those porting out to return. Giving 30gb for obselete package where not many existing subscribers will not achieve that result. Instead they will introduce new package with unlimited data to all. That is the way to do business.

I also feel this is the way maxis to reduce the unfair problem that spoke at this thread.
If let the 68 and 88 user get 12GB and 16GB,then problem rise again.

just called cs. They said my plan is customize plan, so during the time they offered me, the only available plan that have 7gb data is MOP 188. But now, since they have new plan with 7gb data, they migrating my plan to respective plan that provide same data and same benefits. Then i told him, the benefits is not same because i cant get spotify premium and 15gb data allocation for spotify streaming if my plan change to MOP 98. He said, i will get all the thing that their marketing team offered me last time. And if i been charged 9.90 for spotify premium, they asked me to call them back and they will waived the charge accordingly. So even my plan has been change to MOP 98, i still get 7gb data + unlimited call + unlimited sms + spotify premium + 15gb data allocation for spotify streaming. Same like what they just offered me.

Because we are not selfish people. Telco already a giant, as a user, we have to team up to become big community.
Just think about it, if all the special offer users keep quiet, do you think maxis will come out with today's package. Maxis fans are so happy but do they thanks people with special offer for speaking up, otherwise the maxis fans still like a water fish.
You think business is like main masak masak? Once you give out the offer and the recipient accept the offer, an agreement is reached. Both parties have to honor the agreement. Maxis has to provide the service the offered and user has to pay for the service agreed.
What the special offer users want is maxis automatically give the special offer to all users. Is this too much to ask for?

sometime peoples are too much to make thing worst, they get much more than that and kira the small small thing that missing

got ppl here show their bills mop188 get maxis rewards -rm100 so they got rm88 for 16gb

today plan improve further they are expecting rm88 for 20gb

Yea, on MOP98 with -10 rebate + 2gb (24mth) or -30 rebate, that is already advantage over ordinary user for next 2yr, asking for more? Port out maybe the better option
