My opinion & suggestion as below :
-I am guessing the scratches might appear due to not enough lubrication when you were polishing the glass (with Osren glass polish right?), as I watched a video before, the theory is you are essentially polishing your glass with glass (residue) instead of the polish once the medium is loaded up with residue.
-I suggest spraying the surface with a bit of water to provide more lubrication if you use glass polish.
-Your steps of clay, carpro spotless then polish sounds good, but maybe if the carpro spotless get the job done then no need go aggressive and polish it.
Just my suggestions. Maybe other Sifus can share more with us
Will try out again, probably in smaller areas this time hopefully can somewhat reduce the scratches. Lucky its the small triangle window... need more lub I guess, I saw some videos using water as lube too. But thinking to clay it first to remove further contaminants, then spotless only polish. This time gonna use machine...-I am guessing the scratches might appear due to not enough lubrication when you were polishing the glass (with Osren glass polish right?), as I watched a video before, the theory is you are essentially polishing your glass with glass (residue) instead of the polish once the medium is loaded up with residue.
