Developer is supposed to submit report to kpkt regularly. how often and when developer did, you have to ask the developer.

i don't think anybody knw the correct answer, is either the developer forget/lazy to submit or kpkt forget/lazy to update, as far as i knw with my personal way of getting the info is that some project kpkt aldr no update for long long time even tho developer gt submit their report.

And do developer gt nerve to messed with KPKT ? i supposed developer would follow kpkt instruction to avoid any obstruction by kpkt to continue their business, later kena revoke license or penalty sia (well, some developer surely dont giv a f)

Actually, i am one of the owner. I only hope it's fully\mostly sold as hope that the project will complete & after that got enough fund to pay monthly maintenance.

As i knew from my visit to Trion showroom, there is no available unit facing KL view. Still got number of number of units not sold facing sg besi side. Some mot sold also good for us as not too cramp when all move in as long as got enough tenants to supply monthly maintenance.

Don't need to argue on this numbers unless u have other motive in sabotage\selling the unit. This forum is to talk on Trion development progress or issue if any. Thanks.

between developer/sa sales number and kpkt data, kpkt data is proven more trust worthy.

sales data doesn't change daily or significantly weekly or monthly, how relevant is accurate and updated sales data? kpkt data is valid and sufficient for all intend and purpose.

chill, i also think that kpkt data is accurate and memang we all dunno when they last updated their website. Probably next time if ppl ask u just say "i dunno" better hahaha

That's the thing i want to point out, nobody knows and record shows those data reflected there is severely delayed, but then some people religiously keep quoting them to push "certain" point..

Contemporary history show, kpkt data is more trust worthy than syok sendiri number by s.a, developer.

not debating the point that the data is trustworth anot , but to quote severely delayed data without any disclaimer you are just trying to push your own agenda as well.. i am not siding the SA , just stating it outright
