High graphics settings is very hard to guarantee with this specs because the 144Hz monitor has already taken a large sum of your budget, so I can only fit the lowest end i3 + GTX960 with the rest of the budget.

hmm, what if I remove the 144hz monitor and replace it with an average/normal one ? can I upgrade the processor,graphic card and the other parts ?

Ok, if you can tolerate with low settings then you can save the money and use the iGPU that comes with the CPU to play those mentioned games, if cannot then you can go for a cheap GTX750Ti (~RM 500), but bear in mind the performance difference between iGPU (HD 530) and GTX750Ti is not not that significant only, GTX750Ti is around 30% faster (depend on games).

I heard that income tax rebate on PC purchase requires full set (including case & PSU), I am not 100% sure on this, but you can check this yourself, just an advice for you.

Rumors suggest that AMD is targeting mid end market, so I guess the price of Polaris should be around 1k - 1.8k if it is true, but it is just an estimation afterall.

If really want to keep below 3.5k, you can downgrade the CPU to i5 6400.

Nvidia Pascal and AMD Polaris are coming soon, if you can wait then please hold on on buying any current gen GPU.

is the Nvidia Pascal only available for the newest GTX 1080 and 1070 only ?

16gb RAM
128gb SSD + 2tb HDD
2 Samsung 24" monitor

how much would it cost? (excluding mouse and keyboard), any tweak to the above is welcomed if there's cheaper components that are more worth (performance wise)

GTX1070 hasn't launched here yet so we still don't know what will be the price, but it is estimated to be at least 1.8k.

The raw components listed by you will cost you around 6k, not including mobo, PSU and casing yet.

ya so i wished to know the estimated price with all those components you mentioned added into because i am not familiar with the mobo PSU and casing selection at all haha (GTX1070 i am putting a 2k budget on it just in case though)

You listed 6700K so I assume you gonna overclock, so adding a Z170 mobo + a decent PSU and casing, it would be around 7k+/-.

CPU = processor, only Xeon workstation grade CPU can reach 6k (or more), the 6k - 7k is for the whole rig.

BenQ GW2470H is having a much thinner bezel which is more suitable for dual monitors setup.

hmm come to think about it, if I just want i7 and not big on overclocking, what's your recommendation? take cheaper i7? or straight i5?
