Radeon R9 390 does not support VR?

Budget : As cheap as possible.

Main use : Youtube and browsing solely.

Currently eyeing Zotac Amp Extreme, the card looks huge.

Am on CM N200 but thinking to move to a better casing with better airflow and etc.

Looking for below 500 ( Well, cheaper better since the 1070 is gonna be ex tongue.gif ) and I'd prefer the side transparent window.
