Actually as a penangnite I'd prefer DHL over EMS at this rate if DHL is cheaper, because DHL's cargos land in penang directly, skipping past KLIA.
I have no clues about penang's customs though (on how strict they are).

AmiAmi sent me 3 tapestries and a figma in a box that would fit a dell server. Seriously. I have the box side by side next to the actual server one we got for the office and the darned amiami one is just about 2 inches shorter.

They rather (you) pay more for the shipping but make sure the item arrive in your hands in good condition...

1) I have one EMS package shipped on 3 June but till now it is still En route to Malaysia. Should I be worried?

2) I never ordered from Nippon Yasan before and I currently have 3 pre-orders with them but I may only want to keep one and cancel the other two. Does NY allow cancellations for a newbie account?

3) I recently used Big in Japan proxy service to pre-order an exclusive figure and paid half deposit but BiJ never sent any order confirmation or receipt or something so it is really acknowledged? Do they fulfill proxy pre-orders? They are more famous for their forwarding services so I am a little worried

1) 3 june is friday. no, you shouldn't be worried. jap post is one of the fastest, if not the fastest ems partner around;
2) somebody did mention that ny recently allowed cancellations, but it will affect your account standing. not sure if allowed for newbie accounts;
3) yes, there should be an order confirmation. check your junk folder. some confirmations may end up in your junk folder.
