Anyway, Edifier, what soundcard are you pairing your S2000 with? I feel the BB DAC is a bit inferior to the EMU0404 DAC that Im using now.

we always welcome donations of EMU0404 so that our showroom or pc fair speaker will sound better

Hmm, is there any chance I could buy just a single satellite speaker from the Edifier showroom? How much would that cost if I buy just a single speaker? I found out one of my satellite speaker isnt working anymore.

My speaker model is R501.

I m pairing it wif my LCD & DVD player, I usually listen alot of vocal song and the S2000 is very good in vocal type song.

Definitely S2.1MKII.
Anyway, what is your budget? if u budget around RM450, i will recommend u try the S2.1M. The bass is better than the old S2.1D.

how much does e3100 and m2300 cost? thanks..

E3100 costs about 180 in showroom
while M2300 costs about 210.

but not sure whether now the price change...

thanks..may I ask which one is better. Need it for songs and movies for my laptop. I've listened to e3100,but not tested the m2300.that kedai got no stock.It's really superb. I heard glass shattering sound from it and I got scared already.I tot that I might break something in the shop,hehe.. So real, clear and crisp.

hmm.. in my house, the record got M1310, E3100, M3300. so although some may not appear to be mine, i do test the sound.

I vote for M3300 as for clarity. you'll find many sharpness spoken by the satellites of M3300.... every people here know its the best in clarity in price range. however M3300 in some cases appear to be about 230.

M1310... not bad for its price. but if you do compare it to E3100 and M2300, sure no match, the price is only below 100...

E3100 advantage over M3300, M2300, M1310, M3310 and M3400 is that it has treble volume controller where all those Mseries have only vol and bass control. i've been in the same question with you last CNY but finally i manage to get myself a M3300. after a month of break-in, i sent it home and the sound is really2 good... (clarity esp.)

the best is you try it yourself. i remember last few weeks i was buying a M1310 for my friend. the good thing about the shop was i can try the speaker using my own MP3! well, i just plug my K800i in and listen. after a quick listening, i just carry it home and it sounds really good although i believe my X300 better (only 10RM differ).

Hmm..thanks. Want to buy speaker oso have to pening2 kepala..so much choices.From altec to logitech to sonic gear and lastly to Edifier. I must buy one edifier.I think my brain got CRAMP already la,hehe

hahaah edifier really2 good as a pc speaker. ok i tell u my real story:
first time i wanna buy budget speaker, found Edifier X300 on 2005.
i bought it and show it to some frens. 2 of them buy 2 exact X300.
then another fren ask me buy speaker which one good. i recommend him edifier and finally he get a E3100.
last sept i bought a MP300 after givin my X300 to my cousin.
then i got one different fren again buy exact piece of MP300.
this feb i go buy M3300. then my fren getting a M1310...

i already influence 5 ppl to use edifier liao... haha actually i can poison more, but no lah let them think themselves that edifier is good...

You sure really a poisoned man,haha..Since my budget is limited RM180 (RM150 at first actually. listen to E3100 and changed the limit)maybe I consider M1310 and E3100. I need to upgrade my laptop RAM also..Maybe gonna listen at shop and buy either one.. thanks for your help & story

Try ask Mr Edifier see can go for RMA or not.

I tot someone in the Edifier bulk got access to Edifier accessories.

maybe this is the sign for me to upgrade to bigger speaker..
S2000 maybe...?

then you wont need to upgrade later and pay more $$$..
