I see some potential too but the mall must be successful and occupancy of The Park must be good, else very difficult being the most expensive in whole Bukit Jalil.

I think in long term yes, but wont be short term. Now is just VP-ing, some fire hand buyers wont feel the heat until they pay another few months installments without tenant. One agent already told me, there are units currently offer SPA price and nego.

But, I not sure what was the previous launch discount because the owner just lose a bit if they took 90% loan.

If rental no increase the subs ale value won't increase
Rental at bk jalil still very low vs cbd area

saw many retirees doing gym... if the half of the occupancy are own stay...for sure the subsale and rental will gradually going up...

dun worry la... the mall is big enough and wont fail easily... i bought below 850psf...where to buy property like this now day?

Anyone saw the huge Dome like cover at the end of the shoplots nearer the Bukit Jalil Park? What is that?

Yes, that area a lot for ownstay and the rental market are good actually is just that the market around bukit jalil might be shake abit due to the surrounding new development
