You do realise the park 2 ain't exactly a super luxury level service apartment like pavilion residence etc.

Park 2 by PSF is on the same level as Lot 15 SJCC and Atwater PJ (considering that it is leasehold)

Heck... I would say Lot 15 SJCC is even more expensive than Park 2 PSF since Lot 15 don't have any provide any furnishing except for aircond and kitchen cabinet while Park 2 is near close to fully furnish..
