even the defect team also dont know some of the spec of the building as the previous main cons cabut already... so alot of things are based on trial and error to rectify now... lol... the whole building and house is in reli bad shape...

Besides the price, one is immediately (almost) available one has to wait for 4 years.

The visda project has easy access to the main road and just KL border.
Just that the dev is not good
Highrise with this type of dev is prone to auction.

So how attractive is your project in terms of location and dev?
