For own stay wise is good lah. Personally been to site area, very close to schools & some shopping mall.. some more developer throw out very interesting package. Just my 2 cent.

with new launches coming to cheras getting further inside with almost same price tag and higher density... this should be one of the better deal condo isnt it? wonder why no one interested?
