Everytime l pass by this site, the building looks completed from outside (not sure about the inside), giving an impression that key hand over is soon (if not reading the article/fb/threads).

Wishing the buyers can get their keys one day.

Besides the price, one is immediately (almost) available one has to wait for 4 years.

The visda project has easy access to the main road and just KL border.
Just that the dev is not good
Highrise with this type of dev is prone to auction.

So how attractive is your project in terms of location and dev?
