with new launches coming to cheras getting further inside with almost same price tag and higher density... this should be one of the better deal condo isnt it? wonder why no one interested?

wow... now i realized this post... why so fiery.... hahah..... i think the prop agent here should chill abit.... the reaction towards the scam word is too over.... you wont lost any business if theres someone here say its a scam or etc... how many property buyers nowadays really refer to LYN and LYN only before buying a property... as long as your package are legalize.... just talk to those who willing to come see and buy from you loh... no need quarrel on the public forum geh....

even the defect team also dont know some of the spec of the building as the previous main cons cabut already... so alot of things are based on trial and error to rectify now... lol... the whole building and house is in reli bad shape...
