for that low density and freehold... its not too bad... in selangor cheras address... alot of new projects selling at 600 psf with higher density... especially within sg long those areas...

nope, everything sucks max... lol... the owner i met with very sad about his unit... haha

i doubt they wanna come here and devalue their assets ba, you as property owner should also understands... lol

even the defect team also dont know some of the spec of the building as the previous main cons cabut already... so alot of things are based on trial and error to rectify now... lol... the whole building and house is in reli bad shape...
