Went to see doc to complain abt my neck muscles thingy. Gave me some muscle relaxant, painkillers and oral rehydration salt. She said that I'm dehydrated and taking only plain water aint so good if I'm working out. Need to take isotonic drink instead eventho I dont sweat as much sleep.gif That prolly caused the cramps.

Anyhoo the pain aint going away and it's been bothering me all day. Neck pain = no fun. She prescribed 'no squats for one week' too

!!!!!!!!! sad.gif

sucks to be you...neck pain from sleeping position or what? washing the pillow and give it some sun might do the job...

yeouch...i felt my muscles being ripped trying to squat last week...it's like the pressure of the bar made a dent on my lower neck...

Hey , my gym has 1 cushion like specially designed for squats . Ur neck can rest on the cushion while doing squats and feel its more comfortable to ur nec k and traps , but will it cause my performance not effective?

That's the problem....
Syd and Joey ALWAYS say, real men don't need sponge.
They taught me how to squat without that cushion thing, i'm used to it now.

The bar was on my traps, btw. Dr's meds work like a charm so I guess its a muscle thing. Yippie.
