i accidentally touched the fan a few days back. Tercut my hand, my coolermaster fan cut my finger . Blood oozing out like pipe bocor only.

39dB is very subjective noise level, for me it's loud during i'm working.......... but for movie and gaming no problem............

cut by fan, biasa lar....... but i'm lucky didnt get cut just a short sharp pain only

cut by fan biasa?....hmmm how about getting cut by those high speed delta's or vizo sandstorm fans....that would be interesting...

Well I didnt touch a delta or vizo b4, but I've touched the Pentium D CPU fan...took off part of my nail and left a pretty nice cut in my thumb...definately not sometime i want to try again soon....

just bought a evercool aluminum fan, 120mm version..... just post some of my review here about it,

it is just like uncle ianho advice, it's very stable and quite even at max rated 2000RPM 0.28A..... out of my expectation hehe....... much quieter compare to vizo which is rated at lower RPM........i guess stability of the aluminum frame really cancel out noise making vibration

but strangely i dun feel the rated 2.83 mmh2o to be exact, kind of weak

overall i do recommend this fan for semi silent setup...

a question i would like to ask... hmm if i used a fan with a huge cfm value as an exhaust is it necessary for me to fit in an intake... ?

hmmm . it still depend on how large is ur case and the overall location of the ventilation holes...

probably u don't need to but if the area that u wanted to cool off has no ventilation holes the airflow over that area would be pretty bad....
