No shop in malaysia brings that fan.
And do google up some info of that fan, as the spec you see is just fraud.
They just exaggerated the specs, and fools newbies to buy their fans.

QUOTE(Doom @ Jul 12 2007, 08:21 AM) hmmm . it still depend on how large is ur case and the overall location of the ventilation holes... any ways how to damp the noise of a noisy delta fan? any ideas anyone.probably u don't need to but if the area that u wanted to cool off has no ventilation holes the airflow over that area would be pretty bad.... Added on July 12, 2007, 12:50 pm QUOTE(E-J@1 @ Jul 5 2007, 06:49 PM) but if there is one proper exhaust fan, since it expels heat wont it bring in cool air, like how breathing works?Added on July 12, 2007, 12:52 pm QUOTE(J-Slade @ Nov 18 2006, 10:36 AM) Lets discuss a topic here... btw the way i only use one big 120mm nmb fan and my casing temp has dropped by 5 degrees. because if u think about it the fan actually blows out warm air and give in cool air at the same time.I dunno if you guys have ever tested this. Try to get your fan to fun faster (higher rpm) and see whether the temperature of ur cpu drops? Cos what I did was, I set to a high n low settings... all I got the difference was a 1°C Secondly... I dunno how many people notice this but the speed of your intake (masuk) and exhaust (keluar) makes a big difference. But this is odd, my case worked effectively in reverse. They say that your intake should have a higher air flow (cfm) and higher speed (rpm) than your exhuast, but mine is that my exhaust is faster and better air flow than my intake and my case is cooled about 4°C better than the 'recommended' sequence... anyone knows why? Is it because we should always suck the hot air out more than bring new cool air in? This post has been edited by a1098113: Jul 12 2007, 12:52 PM |

Well, the specs r nonsense but they sure look good. I saw sum of them on my recent trip to Uglyvamp's shop over the weekend. They sure r loooooooooooooooooooovely with the fantastic blade design n black chrome color.
Oh BTW, thread moved to fans thread. This post has been edited by ianho: Jul 12 2007, 03:26 PM |

Quick Question:
How's the Sunbeam 120mm LED case fan? Better than CM 120mm LED in terms of noise/performance ratio? |

QUOTE(LExus65 @ Jul 11 2007, 10:42 PM) just bought a evercool aluminum fan, 120mm version..... just post some of my review here about it, how much u got it.. i brought it in pc fair..it is just like uncle ianho advice, it's very stable and quite even at max rated 2000RPM 0.28A..... out of my expectation hehe....... much quieter compare to vizo which is rated at lower RPM........i guess stability of the aluminum frame really cancel out noise making vibration but strangely i dun feel the rated 2.83 mmh2o to be exact, kind of weak overall i do recommend this fan for semi silent setup... RM32... btw, how to identify the fan is running at rated 2000RPM 0.28A?? i am also very saticfy wif the fan performance, it really better than CM led and much more.. but the problem is dont have bling bling... so does anyone know about the bling bling can also can give the best performance? |

I m a NOOB to mods here. If i have 450watt of PSU . is there a safe or conservative range for how many fans should i limit. for eg fan size, i m quite lame in calculating voltage...hehe

As for me i run 2x st400 psu....1 to supply mobo and GC, another to run my hdd, roms and all my other junk/bling lol...or u can get an chapalang psu to run ur hdd, fans and roms |

I used to own PowerLogic Atrix 5000 before. I believed it can accommodate 6 FAN.
The front intake = 2x8cm The back exhaust = 1x9cm The top exhaust = 1x8cm The Side panel = 1x12cm & 1x8cm I saw new edition of powerlogic Atrix 5000, used 1x12cm at the front intake, instead of old edition with 2x8cm. This post has been edited by beast921: Aug 10 2007, 02:54 PM |

Thermaltake has a lot of good uv fan. Goto www.thermaltake.com, look for UV fan with high cfm (Max. Air Flow) and low db (noise). |

why mod for 2*80mm fan? should have done it for 2*120mm fans. more silent and more airflow
i find 80mm fans noisy ler....even the silent ones...had to run my CM silent 80mm fan @ 7v just to be able to tolerate the noise. |
