How's the Sunbeam 120mm LED case fan? Better than CM 120mm LED in terms of noise/performance ratio?

Bout the case fans... good silent fans with high CFM are hard to come by. The most economical way to make it quiet is to control the speed. Slower means less noise. Get yourself a fan controller, around RM20+ ... |
