Waiting my car for service @ sg besi. Damage rm310 for top up fully synthetic oil(rm230) n tyre rotation(rm80). At 1st i thought tyre rotation is included within the 3yrs free service program. Pffft

You could have got your tyres rotated in a tyre shop for much less than RM80. I'm sure it won't void your warranty.

regarding the number ... if i want specific number (4 digits , not 8888 hot number, just a set of number meaningful to me) .. what options do i have ? bid ? buy ? etc

1. Ask runner to buy for you
2. Go to JPJ and buy when the number is released.
3. Bid the number in advance.

you can ask jpj in advanced. they have categories that determine the value.
some number pattern has special price even look "biasa" to us.

how about balancing? usually the shop will put balancing weighs on rim for that purpose.

right now, JPJ number running now is 3xxx, so is there any way to expedite the process ? im looking for 7xxx ...

Don't know where you are from but in Klang I can get my tyres rotated for RM20.

You can buy numbers in advance but numbers issued will have to wait for the sequence to reach your number. If you don't want the hassle just pay RM310 to your SA to select number. That's the usual price they charge.

Rotation including wheel balancing (rm20 4 tyres) and alignment (rm35-rm45)

Bro, i really suggest you to refer to jpj.
if not mistaken, they got 4 categories with min price like this:

Category 1 - start from rm10k
category 2 - start from rm2k (special no)
category 3 - start from rm300 (popular no)
categori 4 - start from rm300 (current no)

categori 3 & 4 not much different but categori 3 is based on popular demand.

if u r lucky your no might only fall on categori 3.

this is sample of popular no.
mine is one of this and i got for rm349.
