There are rather many "remastered" and "remake" games for PS4, it seems to me that "true" PS4 game library is rather slim. It's already 2/3 years into the current console life cycle, yet many big titles on playstation brand has yet to appear on this current gen console, e.g. Grand Turismo, God of Wars........... The golden years of playstation has already gone?

cannot compare to golden age where the graphics were non HD, less interactive and easier to be mapped.

so far ps4 i only play and finish few truely ps4 games.... one is Infamous Second Son, then MGS5 GZ and Phantom Pain. And i bought that machine 2 years ago already.....

What is left now is Uncharted 4. Guess after this hardly any new exclusive that really make me want to buy.

If you understand game production, the same "Gran Turismo" that can be made in 2 years during the PS1 era now takes 6 years to do with the same amount of manpower for today's quality.

But here's the problem, the amount of so called "artists" and "programmers" dropping out of college far exceeds those who has actual talent. No amount of "press auto to fix shit" buttons in multiple middlewares can solve this growing issue.
So? Hire more people yeah, that's one way. Except these groups of people are too green to do anything, they need to be trained, spoonfed, trained again for months (if not a year or even more) before they get up to speed.

Not as simple as you think. The more advanced this industry goes, then the longer it'll take for games to be made.

Of course, what consumers only care about is if there are games to play.

do you think they will bring remote play to android or iOS? then can play whilst putting the little one to sleep. read about some stuff but seems shady or may cause damage to the phone blah blah. now just enjoying chrono trigger hahah.

ps4 remote play for android , you can download the .apk file via online .. certain xperia models can direct download from playstore , im using xperia z2 so download it from playstore itself ... i do hope ps4 remote play available for ios

Gameplay/graphic complexity alone cannot justify production that stretch too long, everything in our modern days are more complex than previous generation, yet the new product must still be produced in acceptable timeframe for it to be commercially viable. GT aside (considering the insane number of car models in the old version), most other game franchise should still be able to finalized in reasonable timeframe. Microsoft flagship racing Forza for example is a good balance between production time and product quality. It's not commercially ideal for a flagship game to be released at the end of the console life..... If that's the way future flagship games are made, then when can we expect next gen GT for PS5? 7-8years after PS5 debut due to even more robust graphic and racing physics? The game producer need to strike a balance.

I know Samsung TV has Anynet+ and PS4 also has Anynet+ but i don't know about the wifi. currently connected my PS4 and Samsung TV with Anynet+ turned on on the PS4. So, when I press PS button on the DS4, PS4 & my TV will turn on without need to use TV remote. I don't connect my PS4 and TV to the internet all the time since I don't have dedicated broadband connection yet but can give it a try. good to know.

Hahaha, perhaps it's time for you to upgrade TV. Short term solution, sit nearer to the TV.

TLoU and GTA5 came out near the end of the PS3's life. How much did they sell? Yeah, uncountable.
You're having too much of your own ideas, of what should happen and what shouldn't. And producers striking a balance? Producers has no say on when a game gets released, how did you get that idea?

The way game production is going, the next "GT" or whatever other big sequel will come on the PS4, who knows when? But it'll just get repackaged and remastered for the next gen regardless.

Sorry, games aren't going to get made faster no matter the tools given to developers. Time to accept it or move on.

is it the official app or made by the people for the people! hahah. can ps4 controller link up to phone? seems can using cable. or if dont need the touch pad, can use bluetooth.

just DL the app. hope it works well. maybe screen too small for division though hahah. but maybe good enough for helldivers.
