PS4 Neo? 4.5 or whatever...... Perhaps Sony is getting too comfy and forgotten how it won over Microsoft's Xbox One, it was the hard earn money of some 38million PS4 owners that put Sony on the current gen throne. If Sony screw the supporters, time will tell who will be screwed the worst.

Every game releasing from October-November 2016 on wards should benefit from the PS4 Pro's extra performance. The exception being games that were already released but hasn't been localized (Persona 5 and Yakuza 0 for example).

The main question is not how many games will benefit, it's rather HOW they benefit. So until November 10 rolls around, all I can tell you is; most developers are targeting an upscaled 4k output with HDR metadata. It does seem that 1080p60 or 1080p30 with near-maxed out visuals isn't the focus (not saying that some games won't, but don't expect too many of them).

I believe many games will only have a single upscaled 4k mode and a 1080p mode with super sampling.

4k and all does seem enticing. But at the moment, there are really only a few TVs that does HDR properly, has acceptable input lag and great image quality. CES 2017 is a few more months away, so hopefully there will be more TVs that focuses on gaming as well as image quality.

Buy extra TV and put the old TV in other rooms for use with the PS loh......
However the above suggestion did not work for myself as I always wanna play on the TV with the largest display, which is always the one placed at the living room.... The extra 2 tvs practically left collecting dust 40" and 28"....
