some 1 please guide me about my twitch cannot show comments while im sharing my gameplay?

i linkup my twitch account to ps4 to broadcast my gameplay, while the broadcast is ok but not the comments. it says cannot display comments and i tried google all available answers but no luck.

i tried manual IP setup as well as changing to google DNS. i even done port forward and DMZ still cannot.

to those who experienced this and manage solve kindly guide me.

I think you'll have better luck getting your answer in the broadband section forum with all the sifus there, if you can comprehend their technical jargon.....

hahah. i think it will be too complicated. i work in IT company... maybe will ask the network engineer here later... but sometimes i ask question derail kao kao. suddenly entered some weird time & space where i dont understand them...

as long the cable within 100m should be ok

plug direct to modem? your ISP put your ID PW for unifi/maxis broadband at which device? usually will be at router.

yeah seems 100m so my super long cable just gulung there is ok lah. will just keep that. no bengkok so my colleague said all should be ok for streaming and gaming.

the ID&PAss is at router level, but im using stock router so its not that great. i guess need to invest in new router.

then the cable will plug to router, most of the settings is at router after all. gd luck on setting up.

I am not PS+ currently. So how should I subscribe to PS+?
Buy the promo then use the 14 days trial? Or use the 14 days trial and then buy the promo? Or I should wait the 14 days trial finish then buy promo?
