QUOTE(calvinlaw510 @ Feb 11 2016, 03:29 PM) Holy mama, if my 30Mbps can get 42Mbps, I will not upgrade. QUOTE(solsekuin44 @ Feb 11 2016, 04:13 PM) Router problem, slower than my 30Mbps. Suggest you look for a better router. |

QUOTE(nikrizal @ Feb 14 2016, 11:51 AM) for those who's on unifi30 or 50, you can try streaming 4K UHD Netflix trial now..well since last month. I have tried two months, of course both on free one month trials I don't feel comfortable to input my CC details before able to subscribe to free trial. I know it can be terminated at anytime but I'm still skeptical. the problem now, it's tempting to continue the subscription, but there is no contract, meaning you can terminate anytime Maybe I should give it a try because I know it will send reminders when the free trial is expiring. |

Came back to PJ after 9 days of CNY break. Feel good to be connected back to Unifi.
Somehow my ping is higher than usual. |

QUOTE(chtan38 @ Feb 16 2016, 10:52 PM) anyone facing very slow download speeds and high pings at night? 20Mbps is also not so good already. Is it something wrong with your router? You can call TM to check further.currently im using unifi 30/10. Max download speed is normally at 20mbps but at night im only able to get max of 3mbps using speedtest by ookla. any solutions to that? Everything OK from my end. ![]() |

1.9.1.9 is already for years, I have seen it on my sister's Streamyx earlier.

After restarted my router, looks OK now. Sadly my Dropbox on desktop cannot be connected. |

QUOTE(xavier1782 @ Feb 18 2016, 06:45 PM) Regarding for those who saying their upload speed not yet upgrade to the new 10/20 (depending on package). The upload speed is auto upgraded to 10/20 for all customers. Its just that for some, you need to off the modem/router for 5 minutes and on back to make the changes take effect. It was supposedly upgraded all subscribers to the new upload speed and there was once in January with suddenly most of the forummers got upgraded. Even their website also updated with new upload speed. Then, suddenly they took it down now and revoked back the old upload speed on their page. Those people have tried turning on and off still nothing changed. So, it will be done by batches. As for myself, I was really lucky. One of the first ones to get upgraded in this thread, back in mid Nov. In fact, many got their speed upgraded without switching on or off router.
