wanted to.renovate soon,any idea about tis?

u live in jati?rent?plan to get a unit at which ome?jati,kasturi,baiduri or mutiara?

nope... my colleague stay there so sometime i will go to her house...
jati, i see that unit tiles problem..water pressure low..
is it all units are same? any solution?

should install water pump in condo,actually every condo in world is hving tis problem,because it is bigh lvl,btw,ur friend n u is chinese?

I used to stay in condo before, usually water pressure much more stronger than landed house.. if it is about shower head water pressure low, still can solve by install water heater with pump, other water tap cannot help much.

For Condo, the water will pump from ground floor up to the tangki on top floor, so water will eventually flow from the tangki on top and the pressure is high.

This Seri Kasturi, not sure if they have tangki on top

You may complaint to management office or syabas, usually apartment water pressure should not be that low.

why always come to.bsa?btw how u feel about there enviroment at there?

since im go there usually just for one night ..so just forget about it..but when thinkingabout the water pressure really...><

sometimes after activity then feel tired already, so that my colleague ask me go to overnight in her house..haha!
environment is not bad..im not sure whether happened this year or last year..
i was remember a few car in jati car park had been smashed
but seem like more and more apartment is build up like in front seri jati site

but as i observed, colleague that floor mostly malay..because i had see few times malay passing through the corridor..and corner got one chinese if not wrong..other floor not really know about it..

I believe majority will be malay, if not mistaken the bumi quota is quite high for first hand purchase.

Usually newer condo or apartment whether high or low level water pressure will be wuite good....

Theyll install pump grd floor and pump on top of building to maintain such pressure
