I bought the second hand unit for new unit,or Mayb called as subsale unit. in the loan process( sign SAP)..Hopefully this year can move in.. Anyone buying the unit there? blush.gif blush.gif

if no mistake before launching the price only less than 300k.. within 3 years price increase alot.

May I know what are the renovation u had done? How about grill? Plan to do the grill and the windows at yard, not sure the price.
I saw blok 3&4 also gt showroom different company.

Spent ard 9k for reno..can't remember exactly how much on grille..
I was among the earliest to the get the key and get the unit renovated.
Little advice for owners who want to rent..make sure ur unit is different from the other unit and have a wow factor..
This is a mass market where about 2,000 units are available nearby..
So startegize..

Beside grille,what else u did for ARD 9k.
Ya nearby gt others cheaper apartments n new too ..
May I knw the exact maintanence fee? I heard is RM0.20/sq ft?
But slightly different when I refer to the receipt given by. Owner.
