Ya new unit, owner want to sell, so I bought as second hand unit, x subsale sorry.

I think got alot of unit, even when I entered the apartment, can see many advertisment for sale. Online also gt many units are for sell.

For me is good because is new, no need repair..

May I know what are the renovation u had done? How about grill? Plan to do the grill and the windows at yard, not sure the price.

Mine is second floor. Then we are neighbour ya.
The yard quite small, wonder can I put the washing machine and dryer machine in. With the cooking hood.still looking for the ideas.

just a form for me to write..
empty tiles, tiles not flat, missing filling mosaic,stains....etc... cannot remember already, they told us will inform us after 1 month to repair, hopefully is true.

but i already submitted to sp setia, will get back the feedback from them after that.


work in pj..... just accidentally found in website and at the first consider too far, but after that went there found it is nice and near to shoplots,mall.. some more is new apartment and the price is within our budget lo.
sad is the unit only came with 1 free dryer machine and no other free things.so everything have to do ourself.

Do u paint the wall before putting the wallpaper? Coz the wall looks like powder form..

That just the agent selling tactic. They said if not put low price, no people will find them. I tried for many times oredy.
U cn ask the agent if u want to try.
