Good choice, in fact the township itself is quite impressive. I like Sri Kasturi as well, modern design with all condo facilities. The Urban Park infront can considered as the best park in Setia Alam, similar like Desa Park City..

I used to work near Amcorp as well, morning use NKVE-Subang-Federal, evening go back using SS2-Damansara Jaya-NKVE.. sometime faster to reach home then those stay in PJ..

Morning RM2.20 (Exit Subang), Evening RM2.70 (Exit Damansara).

No need to paint.. next time when u wanna take off the wallpaper, have to repaint again, double job.

some landed house not very far from seri kasturi..

I used to stay in condo before, usually water pressure much more stronger than landed house.. if it is about shower head water pressure low, still can solve by install water heater with pump, other water tap cannot help much.

For Condo, the water will pump from ground floor up to the tangki on top floor, so water will eventually flow from the tangki on top and the pressure is high.

This Seri Kasturi, not sure if they have tangki on top

You may complaint to management office or syabas, usually apartment water pressure should not be that low.

I believe majority will be malay, if not mistaken the bumi quota is quite high for first hand purchase.

No need partition lah.. now modern design is open concept, don't waste money..

relax guy.. asking price only, actual price throw back to the market. tenants nowadays do survey as well.
