If traveling, I think US is still the cheapest place around. The more you buy, the cheaper the LEGO gets. Of course, if you're talking shipping it back then it'll probably end up being the same as the retail price here.

But at least you'll avoid scalper price. Just need someone there able to help you out. The price here pakai hentam only.

yeah, i agree, lucky i have relatives there who help me with my purchase, i stop buying in msia for a very long time d. rclxms.gif and they get a lot of exclusive stuff at bargain price haha as for shipping, i wait for them to come back msia, sekali all bring back, 0 shipping cost in a way.... whistling.gif

So tempting to buy, but i did not.

The problem is, it's not retired. It's just been hoarded locally.

It's a nice set. I have all the baddies along with a stormtrooper, commander Cody, Obi and Luke. Love the technic parts used.

Its USD14.99 for those 4 smaller sets (75870-75873) while 75874 USD29.99 / 75875 USD49.99 / 75876 USD69.99

Compared to first waves:

The 4 smaller sets = USD14.99 [RM74.90]
Pit-Stop = USD29.99 [RM174.90]
Finish Line = USD49.99 [RM249.90]
Ferrari Truck = USD99.99 [RM499.90]

The price for the Helicarrier at RRP was RM 1499.90, I think. And I don't think there was trouble getting it from the LCS stores last year before the scalpers decided to go after it (its not EOL yet, is it?)

It's not retired and available in every Lego store in the US but I hear LCS isn't binging in any more Helicarriers. So the price here skyrockets to over 2k+ (scalper price)

Guys!

Just wondering how good is the motor system in the 42042 Crawler Crane? Saw the motor system selling at rm200 separately.

Thanks in advance.

Actually, compared to other countries, I think our market is small, therefore less stock allocation.

Also, we have more people with deeper pockets or higher credit, who also have the time and/or connections to go and sapu and make some side income from that.
