Cheh, just wash all those dust with soapy water la, but becareful not to let the water goes to the motor, best is to use some small scrub to scrub off the blades and the case of the fan...

these 2 are idle pc temperature.. my processor is p4 3.0 ghz which is the famous socket 775  using the original fan, nowadays the fan is working wit 4k+ rpm yes but the temp always > 65'C how come ?? if need to change fan, any fan introduce? my budget around rm 100++ notes: not influenced by virus, my cpu performance < 5 % . u can try apply thermal grease to reduce the temp
cos the new duo core, the other day we had an event. jst on stock thermal pad.. some of them the temp jst started rising n rising till it reaches 70-80c at BIOS itself.
after applyin the thermal grease everything back to normal
den again u can always change the whole heatsink for better performance

There are two type of thermal paste in the market ... one is ceramic which is in white color ... another is in silver color
Famous thermal paste would be Artic Silver 5, Cooler Master Nano Fusion and Zalman STG1.
U could get the all 3 from bulk order while 2 and 3 from LYP ..
instruction of applying can be found in official website...
