these 2 are idle pc temperature.. my processor is p4 3.0 ghz which is the famous socket 775  using the original fan, nowadays the fan is working wit 4k+ rpm yes but the temp always > 65'C how come ?? if need to change fan, any fan introduce? my budget around rm 100++ notes: not influenced by virus, my cpu performance < 5 % . THANKS ALL MY PROBLEM FIXED , CHANGED Fan + Heat Sink , now tem < 55 even full load

sorry, kinda busy nowadays mar
 i bought a CoolerMaster Hyper TX, now my Temp when idle is always 38-40 +, and when full load its 50+ |

and also , the fan running max speed of 1800 RPM only, i only can hear a very minor noise of fan when i put my ear to my Casing
