If you can't wait, there's an alternative called Lightning Browser Pro (Paid app). It comes with built-in adblocker. Been using it for few weeks. I found it's quite fast and smooth compared to Samsung own browser.

Another suggestion is Ultimate Browser Project from xda. This one come with adblocker as well. Also very fast and smooth. Unfortunately, its developement has been discontinued.

i think the adblock browser is something i will look forward to. there is no additional benefit for using chrome i feel. maybe alittle be save in data due to compression. Adblock app has always rely on VPN type thing tht eats battery n others requires root to work

Hi, anyone experience 4g or connectivity problem with the note5?

It is extreamly unstable and doesnt connect to 4g. It is usually on h+ then drop to h which sometimes leads to emergency call.

When it hits 4g, it is just for show whereby no data actually being transferred. Awhile later it will drop back to E and slowly goes back to H+..

This is like a 5mins cycle which repeat constantly..

Really? My 2 Sandisk OTG drives work just fine on both my wife's and my Note 5 phones. 64GB each formatted to EXFAT file format.

Over the years I've heard many complaints n mostly are sandisk. Their sdcard also got this issue with certain device. For example my papago DVR.

I'm an iPhone user previously, note 5 is my first android phone since 6 years loyal to Apple.

I've never use my note 5 home button, not even once! And i don't even use any assistive touch app, all i'm using is just the back and apps soft touch keys.

which telco are you using?

Using maxis. Just went n change the sim card.. lets hope it gets better

Maybe you need to mount it manually in settings? Though I'm pretty sure that's not the case since all my phones detect my usb otg automatically.
