Hey guys. I just bought a nice ringke fusion smoke black for my note 5. It feels very different than my UAG cover! While it's slick and thin which I absolutely love, just wondering if the protection is really OK? (Of course it can't be compared with UAG)

I also notice that the dust cap for the headphone doesn't seem to fit nicely. It keeps coming out. Is it normal?

Hi, anyone experience 4g or connectivity problem with the note5?

It is extreamly unstable and doesnt connect to 4g. It is usually on h+ then drop to h which sometimes leads to emergency call.

When it hits 4g, it is just for show whereby no data actually being transferred. Awhile later it will drop back to E and slowly goes back to H+..

This is like a 5mins cycle which repeat constantly..

I am using Celcom. I do notice like it drops from H+ to 3G repeatedly and stuffs which is pretty annoying. I thought it's celcom issues. Which line are you using? I never update my software, still using the original one when I first bought it.

Has anyone here rooted their Note 5 even if you still have the warranty? The warranty will be voided right?

Hey guys, I don't know if it's just my Celcom Line or Note 5 related issues. I see the line keeps going from 3G to H+ repeatedly. It's like it can't make its mind, and I even adjust the setting for the mobile networks. As I will always use my internet to do free voice calls, it's affecting my call quality a lot.

I have never updated my software ever since i bought it because of the battery drain from the new updates.

Is it just Celcom or the phone? Anyone experiencing this?

It is recommended to update your firmware because each firmware update brings improvement, stability and solve bugs in the phone.

Most important is updates give you better battery life because of improvement.

but from what i see is that all the updates are always draining battery life.
Haha. So I am wondering about it. I love the battery life of Note 5. I don't want to have issues with it. confused.gif

Haha very subjective.

Last time when firstly i got my Note 5 battery SOT only 3 hour to 3 hour 15 minute.

Then the more i use, manage it properly learn the phone behavior and set everything properly i notice SOT increase to 3 hour 45 minute to 4 hour 15 minute then now it stable in between 4 to 5 hour.

Above 5 hour SOT time i only achieve it three times. Majority time now i got is in between 4 to 5 hours SOT depends on how i use.

By the way always remember to off GPS / Location if you are not using and play with Mobile Data / Wifi.

If got Wifi use Wifi because Mobile Data suck battery alot.

The level of screen brightness also play very important role in preserving battery. The higher the screen brightness the higher battery consumption. For me i always put it at 50% during day time / 100% during under sun light / 0 to 25% during night time.

Alright, i think I will update it. xD

I do practice what you suggest for all my phones and I have always had very nice battery life for my phone. innocent.gif

And Note 5 surpasses them all because well, its capacity is already very high itself. hehe.
